The Phone Call

I have a high stress personality. Blend that with a crying baby, normal day stresses, and extra chores such as overpacking for a trip. (I am not good at packing exactly what I need) and you get a very cranky pants mom. This was my day yesterday. Then........

I hear the beep beep of my cell phone. I had a message. "In the middle of the day?" I ask myself. It was my friend whose 3 year old wanted to chat with me. "How sweet," I thought. He then proceeded to leave a very cute 3 year old message with a tad bit of whining to mom at the end of the message. It didn't matter. I was laughing by the end of it. I really need to call him back and let him know that it was a great pick me up and lifted me out of the unnecessary stress of the day.
