I have fond memories of going to Costco every Wednesday while my husband was in law school. We would go and get either pizza or a hot dog and a drink for not a lot of money. Then if we needed anything like Salmon, cheese, or a bag of chicken we were already there. It was also conveniently located a mile away from us. When we moved here there was no Costco in close proximity and let's face it, Sam's just isn't the same. Yesterday we were driving down the street and I looked at a building that was under construction. To my great surprise the sign said that a Costco was going to be there soon. I am jumping for joy so I thought I would post a picture for Photo Monday. I can't wait to go get a churro and a hot dog for under $2 and walk around.
