- We lost my cat the Saturday before Christmas. It was really sad for me even though I knew it was coming. When it came, it came so fast. The husband stayed with him at the vet and we buried him in the back yard. Make fun, but he was my cat when I lived alone after PT school and I miss him curled up at the end of my bed.
- The holidays were very hectic. Not bad, so it was better than last year. Next year the husband and I have decided that: 1. we are not traveling. 2. that people can come to us, but just for a couple of days. After 2 nights we're turning off the hot water and not feeding anyone. Fair warning.
- I'm now officially showing. I have some friends that have loaned me some jeans, a nice dress (yay!), and most importantly long sleeve maternity shirts.
- We find out next week if we are having a boy or girl. People who are pregnant and get ultrasounds with each visit keep asking me what I'm having. Sorry, my group only does 2 ultrasounds so I have to wait until the 20th week. Then I think we'll start putting up the bunk beds that someone gave us and begin the process of getting rid of the "guest room" and making it a toddler room. We'll see how this goes.
That's it for now. How is everyone else doing?

Sorry for your loss, Erin.
Sorry you had a crazy holiday too. I think your new rules are a must, especially with baby #2 coming.
Hope stay-in-bed training goes well. :)
E- I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Nickles! I had no idea! I know a lot of people think it is strane to get so upset about a cat passing when you have kids but I totally understand. When we lost Murphy I was extremely upset. Please know I am sending you big warm hugs!
